Everyday life of Gdańsk Shipyard workers in Poland in a breakthrough for the shipyard of the period – on the verge of collapse.
The shipyard was the cradle of the Solidarity movement, which, under the leadership of the shipbuilding worker, Lech Wałęsa, led to the fall of Communism in Poland and all of Central and Eastern Europe.
